Making a submission
The Roxbury’s PCGS service is a first in Australia. Through streamlining and securing the submission process, having your coins or banknotes submitted to PCGS has never been easier or more affordable.
To get started, follow the steps below.
Download the Roxbury's PCGS Submission Form and fill it out.
Email the completed submission form to our email address.
Pack and send your items to the Shipping Address found below.
Once received, your submission is shipped to PCGS in the US.
Once returned, your newly graded items will be shipped back to you!

How often do you ship to PCGS?
We send shipments to PCGS monthly. The cut-off date to get your submission in the next shipment is the first Friday of each month.
What should I put as the declared value?
The declared value should represent the current market replacement value for that item.
Failure to include the declared value will result in your submission being placed on hold until the information is provided.
Are there additional charges for high value submissions?
Roxbury’s Numismatics covers all insurance charges on submissions under a declared value of $9,999AUD.
For submissions over $9,999AUD, the following surcharges will apply:
• $10,000AUD – $29,999AUD + 0.5% of the declared value
• $30,000 AUD + 1% of the declared valueIn addition to this, any single submission with a declared value of $50,000AUD and above will incur an additional international shipping charge of $500AUD.
Are there additional fees to grade Chinese coins or banknotes?
There is an additional clearance fee for any Chinese items going over to PCGS for grading. This is due to Chinese coins and banknotes requiring additional clearance through customs.
The fee for Chinese items that require additional clearance is $350AUD per shipment.
How long does the grading process take?
The process can take up to four months from the time we receive your submission to it returning to you.

All submissions sent through Roxbury’s are fully insured and shipped through world class armed couriers.
